The Brain Biobank is an AI-driven repository mapping all human brain diseases. Using non-invasive buccal swabs at two Brazilian neuro-centers, we initially sequence Mendelian conditions like Charcot-Marie-Tooth and Leukodystrophia before scaling to polygenic diseases. Our core innovation, the Pupil AI scientist robot, automates data analysis. This architecture empowers a single scientist to manage massive cohorts, transforming fragmented research into a reproducible, AI-ready scientific solution.
